摘要：從環(huán)境保護(hù)的角度出發(fā)，針對(duì)工廠搬遷后遺留的氰化電鍍槽液、含氰廢水和廢渣，提出了詳細(xì)的處理方法、原理和工藝流程。先用堿性氯化法破氰(以次氯酸鈉為藥劑)，再用硫化鈉沉淀重金屬離子，最后調(diào)節(jié)pH?？偨Y(jié)了處理過(guò)程中的安全注意事項(xiàng)。處理后的排水達(dá)到GB 8978-1996的一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater and waste residue from cyanide electroplating bath//HUANG Ping
Abstract：The detailed method，principle and process flow for treating used cyanide electroplating solutions as well as cyanide-conmining wastewater and waste residue after factory removal were presented from the viewpoint of environmental protection．Firstly，cyanide is decomposed by alkaline chlorination with sodium hypochlorite；secondly，heavy metal ions are precipitated by the addition of sodium sulfide；and finally，pH is adjusted．Some safety notes during treatment process were summarized．The treated effluent can meet the requirements of the first grade of GB 8978--l996 standard．
