摘要:從環(huán)境保護(hù)的角度出發(fā),針對(duì)工廠搬遷后遺留的氰化電鍍槽液、含氰廢水和廢渣,提出了詳細(xì)的處理方法、原理和工藝流程。先用堿性氯化法破氰(以次氯酸鈉為藥劑),再用硫化鈉沉淀重金屬離子,最后調(diào)節(jié)pH??偨Y(jié)了處理過(guò)程中的安全注意事項(xiàng)。處理后的排水達(dá)到GB 8978-1996的一級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater and waste residue from cyanide electroplating bath//HUANG Ping
Abstract:The detailed method,principle and process flow for treating used cyanide electroplating solutions as well as cyanide-conmining wastewater and waste residue after factory removal were presented from the viewpoint of environmental protection.Firstly,cyanide is decomposed by alkaline chlorination with sodium hypochlorite;secondly,heavy metal ions are precipitated by the addition of sodium sulfide;and finally,pH is adjusted.Some safety notes during treatment process were summarized.The treated effluent can meet the requirements of the first grade of GB 8978--l996 standard.
