結(jié)論
濺射功率為210 W,襯底溫度120 ℃,濺射時(shí)間20 min時(shí),在AlMn合金上制備的IT0薄膜主要生成In203、InxSnyOz、InAIMn04、MnSn03等物相,薄膜與基體結(jié)合良好,薄膜納米晶粒細(xì)小。制備上IT0薄膜后,AlMn合金顯微硬度提高,并且具備一定的耐磨損和耐腐蝕能力。
